• Preliminary design criterion meeting with the Owner, Architect, and any other members of the design team to establish the goals and objectives of the project.
• Create As-Build Drawings for Development of Existing Facility
• Inventory existing equipment to be integrated into the new kitchen layout
• Develop a preliminary layout (normally within 15 business days)
• Provide preliminary design review meeting to insure the layout meets the client’s concept ideas.
• Final review and signoff of the preliminary layout & equipment specifications.
• Completion of the final floor plan, electrical & plumbing rough-in drawings, special condition & ventilation drawings
• Finalize the specification book to include for each piece of equipment listed:
a manufacturer’s cut sheet or custom equipment elevation, and a cover sheet containing the item number, description, quantity, manufacturer (primary & approved alternates), model number, critical mechanical information, and a listing of approved accessories.
• Bidding of the project to a minimum of 3 qualified pre-screened equipment dealerships.
• Provide the client with an itemized spreadsheet of the final bids
